It IS PAYING ATTENTION TO HOW YOUR BODY FEELS. Living in fear causes physiological destruction of the body. The "fight or flight" hormone (cortisol)is released every time you think fearful or negative thoughts. Being honest about how the past was, who I am now and how the present is... it is very difficult and if I do not make the choice to do the painful work of seeing it all in an honest way- I can not recover.
